    This could affect up to 100 COVID cases per day as well as associated hospitalizations and deaths. Wednesday, November 2, 2022: Due to a security breach encountered by one of Washington's hospital organizations, data about cases, hospitalizations, deaths, and testing are incomplete in some counties from Octoto October 21, 2022. Additionally, "Any Booster" now includes the Novavax booster for 18 years and older. Due to small numbers at the county level, bivalent booster data for 5-11 year-olds will only be shown at the state level until booster coverage increases in that age group. On November 2, 2022, the vaccination measures "Bivalent Booster" and "Any Booster" now include bivalent (Omicron-specific) boosters that became available in October 2022 to individuals 5 years and older. Although the dashboard updates will happen only on Wednesdays, the DOH COVID-19 dashboard will continue providing Washingtonians with daily COVID-19 testing, case, hospitalization, death, and vaccination data. The new schedule change will take effect on Nov 2, 2022, and it will allow for additional reporting flexibility after the state of emergency is lifted. In alignment with Governor Jay Inslee’s announcement to end the remaining COVID-19 emergency orders and the state of emergency by Oct 31, 2022, the DOH COVID-19 dashboard schedule for data updates will change from Monday, Wednesday, Friday to Wednesday only.
