We understand plans can change, but the treatments have been reserved just for you. We require at least a 24 hour notice to change or cancel your appointment, or you will be charged 50% of the service. To avoid delaying our therapists’ next client, your service will end on time, regardless of your arrival time. This allows time to complete an intake form for our therapists to evaluate your needs and get you settled in. Please plan on arriving at Zen Spa at least 15 minutes before your scheduled service.
#GIFT CARD ZEN TIME TO APPROVE DRIVER#
Spa Party guests of Zen are more than welcome to bring in alcoholic beverages as long as a designated driver is chosen and the Front desk staff is made aware. Zen wishes that all guests enjoy themselves in a safe and responsible manner. We will supply dishes, glasses, silverware, infused water, and light fare. We also offer a room rental for $100 to accommodate groups in a relaxing and private atmosphere. Groups are welcomed and encouraged to bring in food and beverages for their party. Zen is not responsible for cards that are lost, stolen, damaged or used without authorization. All remaining balances must remain on your card no cash value cannot be redeemed for cash.
Please present your Zen Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates upon departure and your sale will be deducted from your card’s balance. Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates contain value that may be used to purchase merchandise and services however they cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or e-gift certificates. All sales are final Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason. Zen Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates should be treated as cash. We require a $100 deposit on parties of 3 or more. Please make note that at the time of booking services we will need to secure your appointment with a credit card deposit. If you are unable to schedule this far in advance, we will do our best to accommodate you at any time. We suggest scheduling your appointments at least two weeks in advance for the optimal selection of services and appointment times.
